The Festival wants to promote the knowledge and diffusion of
international cinema in all its forms, in a spirit of freedom and conviviality. In addition to the
sections mentioned in the following paragraphs, the festival will present retrospectives, exhibitions
and homages to artists who excel in film and video-making, in order to promote a better
understanding of the history of cinema and videoart.
